- Safely pack the artwork in its original box, including the certificate that came with the artwork.
- Ship the artwork back to us using a trackable shipping service. You may ask us to prepare a shipping label if needed.
- Keep in mind that shipping and return costs are not refunded and are the responsibility of the client.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving the artwork and confirming its condition, we will process a refund for the full artwork price (excluding shipping and return costs) into your account. Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to appear on your account.
